Al Habtoor Research Centre welcomed Dr. Abdul Khaleq Abdullah, retired professor of political science and visiting professor at the Centre for Contemporary Arab Studies at Georgetown University in the United States, alongside Abdul Latif Al-Manawi, esteemed journalist and former editor-in-chief of Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper.
During the visit, the centre’s research team engaged in fruitful discussions with the distinguished guests, emphasising its objectives and accomplishments in its inaugural year and strategising for forthcoming activities. Dr Abdul Khaleq Abdullah and Mr Abdul Latif Al-Manawi appreciated the centre’s significant contributions. They underscored the importance of continuous development and the pursuit of new avenues for research, positioning the centre to achieve prominence as a promising think tank housing an elite cohort of accomplished young intellectuals, poised to elevate its status as one of the preeminent think tanks in the Middle East and globally.
