Al Habtoor Research Centre’s Senior researcher, Mostafa Ahmed, was invited as a speaker in a panel titled “Promoting growth through partnerships, jointly exploring paths to modernization” at the BRICS Expert Forum, which took place at the St.Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF 2024) on June 5-8, 2024, in St. Petersburg, Russia, organized by Rossiya Segodnya and the Xinhua News Agency.

During his speech, Mostafa Ahmed emphasized the significance of intra-BRICS trade and proposed innovative solutions to overcome trade barriers. He also championed cultural exchange initiatives like BRICSPHONE, aiming to foster deeper connections among future generations. As a testament to his expertise, Mostafa Ahmed was invited to attend Russian President Vladimir Putin’s plenary session.
